We love adaptive reuse (particularly when it involves craft beer)

Greenville Online took a look at a new adaptive reuse project we’re working on with Greenville-based developers Pete Brett and Michael Fletcher. The Westone project, at 109 West Stone Avenue in downtown Greenville, will bring new life to one of Stone Avenue’s original commercial buildings.

The vintage structure has all the things we like to work with — an original 1920s façade, cast concrete windows and doorways, high ceilings, clerestory windows, steel beams and room for an outdoor gathering space. Westone will house a new Coffee Underground location, office and retail space, and Liability Brewing Co.
