The Palms at Brushy Creek

It’s always encouraging to see environmentally conscious developments appear in our community. The Upstate Business Journal and GSA Business Report have updates on a cool, sustainable project we’re working on. It’s called The Palms at Brushy Creek and it’s a 9,000 SF retail and restaurant strip center near Brushy Creek and Suber Roads in Greer.

The developer’s goal was to create an environmentally conscious, modern project for the community. The space will include a gym, restaurant, children’s park, water features and charging stations for electric cars.
