Westone
Greenville, SC
The vision behind this redevelopment began with a decaying, leaking remnant of Stone Avenue’s oldest commercial building, which was concealed by later additions. Seeing the potential for a creative reuse of the space, and undaunted by the voluntary brown field clean-up that lay ahead, work began on a re-imagining of 109 West Stone Avenue. Our design combines a strong commitment to the building’s architectural history with progressive, creative reuse of later additions.
A sense of place, inspired by thoughtful redevelopment examples from Atlanta to Seattle, emerged as an eclectic mix of creative entrepreneurs came together.
