The Foundry is the design center for oobe, a lifestyle clothing brand with a culture based on substance and meaning. The brand’s vision is supported by a workplace environment that tells the story of history and values while supporting a variety of work styles, individual work, as well as collaborative work in a seamless, inspiring manner.
Johnston Design Group teamed with artisanal builders to blend architecture, furnishings and artifacts with the oobe culture. In addition to CR8, who produced several of the design feature walls, shutters and furnishings for the oobe office at Riverplace, The Source Group, working directly for oobe, created key signature pieces, including wall shelving, work tables and a vintage conference room.
Reclaimed pallet wood, reclaimed mill flooring, stained concrete, vintage textile era artifacts, custom furniture, cast concrete counter tops, 3Form, etc.
