The site selection of a neighborhood retail center is intentional. It offers infrastructure in place, a green field site that doesn’t have to be disturbed, and moderate walkability.

The building design ensures natural daylight for all academic spaces, providing a supportive environment for children’s primary education. Adaptive reuse of an abandoned grocery store includes daylighting with clerestories, strategically located to minimize the number of sky lights while optimizing light quality in each learning space.
