Gracie Plaza
Greenville, SC
This mixed-use development is prominently sited at one of the town center gateways. Gracie Plaza will have over 290 dwellings, two restaurants, a café, and several artist-in-residence studios with pedestrian facing galleries. The project will catalyze the city’s Cultural Corridor and new entertainment-oriented development around the Wellness Arena.
The design is intentionally dynamic and forward-looking with subtle nods to the surrounding context. Public art will celebrate the site’s entertainment historg, along with historical and cultural references.
