The design for a gateway re-development in the Dunean Mill Village honors local history with brick and metal panels and textile mill-inspired touches.
We organized the dwellings into simple cost- and material-efficient blocks along a neighborhood street. Each resident enjoys views of the streetscape and landscaping with native plants from a private balcony.
Architecturally integrated, restorative design features include material-efficient design, a connection to nature, intentional day lighting and low VOC interior finishes
