600 E Washington Street
Greenville, SC
This redevelopment responds to the Sasaki Downtown Greenville Master Plan, changing the existing suburban block pattern to a pedestrian- oriented design. This sets the stage for a mix of office, café and residential uses and conceals a partially subterranean parking structure.
The architecturally integrated, restorative design features include intentional day lighting, passive ventilation and roof terraces.
