Vienna Defalco
Interior Designer
Vienna is a recent graduate of Anderson University with a BA in Interior Architecture. She’s joined us as an interior designer and is currently working on unit plan layouts for a multi-family project. She’s also working with our other interior designers — Kristen Sullivan, Adrienne Stone and Dee-Ann Lack — on materials selection for various commercial and residential projects.
We’ve asked Vienna to work on new organizational processes for our interior design department. It’s growing quickly and she’s helping to lay the foundation for sustained growth.
Vienna was excited to join the firm because, as she put it, “It wasn’t just about aesthetics.” She shares our commitment to restorative design and wants to learn more about interior architecture, to become a holistic designer.

1. All things coffee-related — making it, exploring coffee shops, etc.
2. Graphic design — it fuels my inspiration for work-related projects
3. Being out in nature — brings me back to my roots in Colorado
Favorite destination
Italy — I traveled there once for about two weeks and fell in love with every aspect of it… the food, the architecture, the culture, everything. I visited Rome, Florence, Venice and the island of Sardinia.

Just Do Something, by Kevin DeYoung
— Making the “right” decision or doing the “right” thing is not what life is about essentially, and there is grace no matter what decisions we make, grace enough to point us back to where we are ultimately meant to be or what we are made to do. Relax, enjoy the journey, and do the best you know how to do, with what you have at hand.
